Be Outstanding is delighted to announce the release of version 4.0 of our software, which now reflects the CQC’s new single assessment framework. (Further information about the CQC’S new regulatory regime can be found at: How we will regulate – Care Quality Commission (cqc.org.uk)).
The software will now enable your organisation to store its evidence under each of the relevant quality statements and categorise by type.
Each quality statement section also contains:
- Links to the relevant sections of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 that apply
- Be Outstanding’s research on evidence identified as Outstanding practice (this research will be updated based on feedback from the CQC’s new assessments after this becomes available)
- Suggestions for how to provide Outstanding evidence under each Quality Statement
- The software has been updated now so that organisations have time to prepare for the new regulatory regime. Any evidence that your organisation had stored has been automatically moved, where possible, to the relevant new quality statement.
