Samuel Barrington
Chief Executive Officer
With over 20 years in the care sector, Sam has a strong passion to support care providers across the adult social care sector.
Starting his career as a care assistant, Sam soon moved on to nursing and care management which included board level care quality director roles across the country. His mission is to now support care providers to deliver outstanding care quality to all individuals every single day, which he carries out through ownership of Care Improvement Associates and also as a Co-Founder of Be Outstanding.
Claire Artley
Chief Operating Officer
Claire has over 20 years’ experience in business development and project management within sectors including healthcare services and children’s services.
Her keen interest in business development inspired her to launch Heku Limited, a tender and project management consultancy which has helped clients win over £500 million of business. Claire joined Be Outstanding in September 2021.
David Noyes
Chief Architect
David is a Co-Founder and Chief Architect of the Be Outstanding software. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the project thanks to his knowledge and experience within the software industry. In addition to his commitment here he is also a Senior Engineering Manager for Venafi.
Prior to his current position he has worked extensively within games programming, which has seen him pick up a Climax Studios award from the University of Hull as well as several awards from the British Video Association for his work on DVD games.
John Artley
Chief Technology Officer
John Co-Founded Be Outstanding and together with David designed and created the Be Outstanding software, now overseeing the maintenance and updates of the software.
As a 40+ years experienced software engineer he has a first-class degree in Computer Systems Engineering and has honed his skills alongside some of the best in the industry.
John loves finding solutions and believes Be Outstanding will help improve people’s lives.
